Mining Engineering is a branch of engineering concerned with natural resources management. Its academic training includes knowledge about geology, prospecting, mining, treatment plants, materials, energy, environment and a long list of disciplines with the objective of reaching an accurate management of all natural resources demanded by the population. The academic training required for this mission is taught in this School.
